Once a reading has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Please be sure of your selection before submitting your question.
Readings are delivered within 24 hours of receipt. You will be notified by email when your reading is ready.
Your private reading link remains accessible for 30 days from delivery. During this window you may revisit it as often as you like, and download a written summary as a PDF for your own records. After 30 days the link closes. If you would like to revisit your reading after that, you may request a one-time reopen by replying to your delivery email or using the form on the expired-reading page.
Free readings are delivered as a partial experience. The first card and its interpretation are provided in full, along with a brief AI-generated synopsis of the overall reading. To unlock the full reading, a fee of $10 applies. Free readings are subject to availability and Mr Oracle's discretion.
