Your privacy matters. This page explains what Signal Tarot collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.
To deliver your reading we collect: your name, email address, date of birth, your sun / moon / rising signs (when provided), and the question(s) you submit. If you purchase a gift reading we also collect the recipient's name and email and your optional gift message. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
This information is used solely to prepare and deliver your tarot reading, send you the related transactional emails (booking confirmation, delivery link, gentle reminders), and keep a record of your order. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Order records are stored in a managed database with row-level security. Only you (via the private delivery link emailed to you) and the site administrator can access your reading. The site administrator role is verified server-side — it cannot be assumed from a browser. Each delivery link is a single, hard-to-guess token tied to your order.
Your data is never sold to third parties. We only share information with the service providers strictly required to operate the site: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting / database provider. Each receives only the minimum data needed to perform its task.
We keep order records so you can return to your reading via your private link. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the site administrator. Once your identity is verified, your records will be permanently removed.
Signal Tarot uses only the essential cookies and local storage required to keep your session active and remember whether you've used the Free Frequency Check. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
